Condiciones de pago:
Todos los pagos se realizan a través de PayPal o Mangopay, dependiendo de las posibilidades que ofrezca el vendedor. No se realizan pagos mediante cheque o transferencia bancaria directa al vendedor.
El comprador utiliza los medios de pago proporcionados por Delcampe en la página "Mis compras: A pagar".
Un pago que no pase por PayPal (si es aceptado por el vendedor) o Mangopay será reembolsado por el vendedor al comprador. Una compra impagada puede acarrear consecuencias en la cuenta del comprador.
Si las condiciones de venta del vendedor incluyen cláusulas relativas al pago, estas se considerarán nulas. Las condiciones de pago de la página web Delcampe, tal y como se definen en las <a {linkParameters}>condiciones de uso</a>, son las únicas aplicables.
Las compras deben pagarse en un plazo de 14 días a partir de la recepción de la declaración final del vendedor.
Condiciones particulares
Combined Postage: Only one postage charge however many stamps ordered if paid for together, no additional item costs (Covers and large Miniature Sheets have a higher base postage cost and tracking must be used for orders over GBP50). Additional items can be added to an existing invoice at any time prior to payment. To be eligible for combined postage, items must be paid for in a single transaction .
Returns: All purchases come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Please contact me if anything is not as expected. I will try and resolve any issues as fast as I can. The buyer is responsible for postage back to me unless agreed otherwise.
International Sales: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Delcampe offers a service to EU customers to pay VAT at the checkout on orders up to EUR150. This may be cheaper than paying the customs charges on reciept of your goods. Please see Delcampe help pages for more details.
Orders cannot be accepted from Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria due to UK Government and/or Paypal Restrictions.

Stamps are usually dispatched within two business days after payment has fully cleared.
All stamps are sent in a griplock bag, with a card stiffener in the envelope to help prevent damage in transit.

GBP1.60 first class (used for all orders under £50 unless otherwise requested)
GBP4.00 tracked (Must be used for orders over £50)
Europe postage
EU Customers, please note that from 1st July VAT rules for importing low value packages have changed. Please see Delcampe help and/or your local customs office for more information.
GBP3.50 airmail (purchases include single stamps and small sets(less than 20 stamps) only)
GBP4.00 airmail (purchase includes any covers, booklets, presentation packs, mixtures and minature sheets)
GBP10.00 international signed for (Must be used for orders over £50)
Worldwide postage
GBP3.50 airmail (purchases include single stamps and small sets(less than 20 stamps) only)
GBP5.00 airmail (purchase includes any covers, booklets, presentation packs, mixtures and minature sheets)
GBP11.00 international signed for (Must be used for orders over £50)
