According to ancient Norse mythology, Frigg was the goddess of love, marriage, destiny, heaven and weaving. It is said that she wove clouds to control the weather and the threads of fate to determine the fate of people and gods.
Frigg is also portrayed as the goddess of fertility, housekeeping, maternity and home art. She is considered the protector of born women and was caused by those who died to help them move on to the postnatal life.

Shaken with high relief and has an antique finish that adds aesthetic appeal when holding and helps to emphasize the design.
Obverse: shows the right profile of Queen Elizabeth II, as well as the year and face value.
Reverse: On the back of the coin, there is a picture of Frigg sitting on Odin's high seat, holding a newborn baby in one hand and holding a pink quartz pendant in the other. Also presented are a falcon, white candles and woven threads. In the design, there is also the inscription FRIGG and the traditional coin sign "P" of the Mint of Perth.
To capture the depth and details of design, the coin is struck with high relief to a format without a rim and was individually antique to give it a unique finish that transmits the surface abrasions of the ancient artifact. As a result of such processing, the appearance of each coin can vary.
