Per vostra tutela chiedete le spese di spedizione prima di fare l'offerta! Se comprate più oggetti spedisco in un solo pacco (per quanto possibile) quindi approfittatene! Di solito spedisco entro una decina di giorni (massimo) dal ricevimento del pagamento, perciò non assillatemi chiedendomi se ho spedito o no il pacco (potrei spedirvi l’oggetto il giorno dopo oppure una settimana dopo il vostro pagamento)! Le spese postali sono maggiorate (rispetto a quelle indicate sul sito delle poste) poiché tengono conto di imballo e preparazione del pacco. Se il pacco va perso offro solamente il rimborso che offrono le Poste (intorno ai 30 €) indipendentemente dal valore dell’oggetto acquistato che può anche essere superiore. Se invece il pacco e’ assicurato offro il rimborso totale. In entrambi i casi occorrerà però attendere l’esito del reclamo (non anticipo niente!). Il pacco assicurato si può fare solamente per oggetti nuovi o di cui possiedo la garanzia. Per vostra tutela fatemi domande prima dell’acquisto! IL FEEDBACK VERRA' RILASCIATO SOLO QUANDO LO AVRO' RICEVUTO (QUESTO PER EVITARE QUELLI CHE SE NE SCORDANO). SE NON SIETE D'ACCORDO CON QUALCHE CLAUSOLA NON FATE OFFERTE.

Usually I ship within ten days (maximum) from the receipt of payment, so do not bother me wondering if I've sent the package or not (I could send you the item the next after or a week after your payment)! The postage costs are increased (compared to those indicated at the Poste Italiane website) as they take into account packaging and preparation of the package. If the item is lost I only offer a refund that Poste Italiane usually offers (around 30 €) regardless of the value of the object purchased which can also be higher. If the package is assured I offer a full refund. In both cases, however, it will be necessary to wait the outcome of the claim to Poste Italiane (not anything in advance!).
