Les vignettes d'affranchissement ont été plus rarement IMPRIMEES EN ENCRE NOIRE, ou lilas lors de la rupture de stock de ruban rouge.
L'encre noire à été mise en place dans les Lisa1 des bureaux de poste de (94) Bagneux en janvier 96, de (10) Troyes, des (27) Andelys, de (91) Lieussaint et de Paris Lachambaudie, rue de Dijon en février 96. Il s'agit des bureaux connus, il a pu y en avoir d'autres. Tous aux Tarifs en vigueur du 5 juillet 1993 au 17/03/ 1996 ci-dessous.
Il en est apparu d'autres avec le nouveau tarif du 18/03/1996 et les années suivantes.
La multiplication des consommables en encre noire mis en place dans les lisa1 pendant le 1 trimestre 1996, laisse à penser que l'approvisionnement de l'encre rouge fut en rupture et que des rubans d'encre noire ont alors été chargés dans les lisa1 pour palier le manque de ruban rouge.
