FREE SHIPPING ON NET PURCHASES OF €50.00 AND OVER
Standard First Class mail shipping rates for shipments weighting up to 3oz (84 grams) not exceeding €50 of net value:
Spain, €2,50 - United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and European Union (Euro Zone), €$3.50 - Rest of the World, €12.50 (includes Registration costs). Registration costs may be waived with statement from buyer assuming responsibility for in-transit loss or damage. In such cases, shipments will be sent by Standard First Class mail at the rate of €3.50.
Shipments under €50 exceeding 3oz (84 grams) will be invoiced according to current Spanish postal rates.
Specific conditions:
PAYMENT FOR ALL SALES IS EXPECTED NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, failure to comply with this requirement will leave us no choice but to initiate a claim with Delcampe and post a negative feedback.

CLAIMS
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the receipt of shipment. Parcels showing signs of damage in transit should not be accepted when delivered as it renders insurance claims invalid. Items deemed by buyer not in accordance with description(s) and/or scans must be returned with original packing and will be replaced or fully reimbursed, including buyer's return postage costs, providing buyer notifies seller within the stated 30 days of receipt.
