I sell a choice selection of 32 covers / lettres, sent registered between 1922 and 1956, coming from the George Miskin collection. They are together with his original write-up in English and in good to very good quality.
George Miskin was one of the most important collectors of registered and related mail of the Russian Empire, collecting at the end of the 20th century, his collection was a major basis for the book dealing with Imperial registered mail by Baillie & Peel.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

For bidders living in the Eurozone, I accept only payments in Euro on my German bank account (SEPA) or in CHF on my Swiss bank account. Delcampe Pay is possible after addition of the fees. Paypal is no more possible.
For bidders outside the Eurozone, payments in Euro can be transfered to my Paypal or Delcampe Pay accounts after addition of the fees. Registered mailing is preferable, with Paypal it is essential. Non-registered mailing is on the risk of the buyer.
