1918/1922: Multiple franking of 16 examples of the 1918 Controle stamp 25r. brown-violet & yellow-brown on cover from Moscow ('14.3.22' datestamp) to Braunschweig, Germany. The stamps have been used as 250r. stamps in 1922 so that a total franking of 4,000r. is still on the cover. The envelope opened roughly at left, with a cebtral fold and reduced at right, few stamps with faults but still a scarce multiple franking. (Mi. Spec. for one stamp on cover: 200 €)

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
