1941, PERAK STAMP SHORTAGE: Perak, 5 C brown together with Straits Settlements 2 x 30 C purple/orange KGVI, mixed franking on registered airmail cover from IPOH / F.M.S., 15 JY 1941, along with two different triangular censor markings, sent via transit Calcutta to Attangudi in India. Due to the bombing of De La Rue printing company, the resulting stamp shortage caused a provisional usage of Straits Settlements postage stamps in Perak. F/VF condition.
Value Add Taxes (19%) will be added to the hammer price and the buyers premium.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
