1964 (5 Dec) env hand-endorsed "Airmail" from Chicago to Kano, Northern Nigeria bearing a strip of three USA 5c stamps with purple circular "T/ 60 / Centimes" handstamp and strip of three 2d light blue POSTAGE DUE stamps (SG D7) tied Kano cds's. On reverse the Kano receiving cds of 25th December with a few pen notations. A rare genuine use of these post due stamps.
