RUANDA URUNDI 1915 10c black and carmine with "URUNDI" local overprint in violet, Cob 17, a COMPLETE SHEET OF FIFTY in never hinged mint condition showing position 50 at the lower- right corner with OVERPRINT MISSING. Some fox speckling around margins reaches just a handful of stamps.
