Karibu (Welcome in Swahili) to my Stamp Shop. I love post-independence African stamps for the same reasons I love Africa, the mystery and magic, the never know what is going to turn up today nature of African philately. I was until 2018 based in East Africa and so I feature Kenyan stamps and have a fair amount of Ugandan and Tanzanian material as well but as you can see I carry the world.
Optimum Viewing: I put my stamps in chronological order by country. For ease of use, turn the alphabetical filter on so that you see the shop the way I intended it to be seen.
Interested in topicals? Please use the search function in the store to look for words like, "birds", "health", "football", "fish", "ships", or the "olympics". I think topical collecting is great fun too. I confess they are my favourite exhibits at stamp shows.
I grew up collecting British Commonwealth stamps so its only natural that they are also in the store but growing up in Montreal, I do have to admit - J'aime l'afrique francaise aussi.
Asante Sana (Thank You) for visiting my Shop. Stamp Collecting is a great hobby. Enjoy!!!
