THE PARTIAL SECOND OVERPRINT IS MUCH LIGHTER THAN THE FIRST OVERPRINT (both not in the same strenght) = SCHMITZDRUCK IN GERMAN (read the BPP certificate)

A DOUBLE OVERPRINT WITH BOTH IMPRESSIONS OF SAME STRENGHT DOES NOT EXIST ! AND IS ACCORDINGLY NOT CATALOGUED IN THE MICHEL 2018
