1937 wmk. "Se" 10/- bottom marg. used on 1944 reg. cover from College Green to Essex with Irish & British censor labels, blue CONDEMNED on the reverse cancelled with wavy lines and "RELEASED" in blue, without delivery date, very fine and clean. These philatelic covers without contents were released to the addressee only after the end of hostilities. SG 104, Mi. 64X, Hib. D15.
