So please DO NOT report non Receipt of an Item when paying with Paypal it creates too many Problems for us. We have NEVER EVER lost an Item to Western Hemisphere Countries, only Estonia, Serbia and Russia.Canada's System is 100% reliable. The only Reason we accept Paypal is because most of the Buyers use it because of it's Simplicity, but we don't like it because they put us at risk of losing both our Money and the Item.
