All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

3.1 Normally, goods will be shipped within 4-6 days after payment received. Some orders ship the same day dependant on how busy we are and the time of day your payment is received.
It is our belief that once a product is paid for, it should be shipped as soon as possible.
3.2 Some coins, stamps & banknotes orders will shipped up to 21 business days after payment!

Returns Policy:

4.3 Ship the item back to us in the original packaging with all of the originally sent accessories and/or documentation listed in the original auction.
4.4 Item must be returned within 14 days after the buyer receives it
4.5 Process refunds within 30 days of receiving an authorized return.
4.6 Refund will be given as Money Back
4.7 We do not refund Shipping. We will however refund the shipping fees on items that were shipped in error on our part.
